To combat loneliness and social isolation within the community especially with older people
To provide an inclusive service that adapts to the needs of the elderly in our local community.
What We Offer

Emotional Support
We listen and encourage them to participate in mental exercise with fun games, walking together, chair-based exercises and socialising with others.

Social Connections
Opportunities to network with others and build strong relationships with like-minded individuals and group.

Community Activities
Coffee mornings, afternoon tea with engaging and healthy activities. to promote emotional and physical wellbeing of our seniors.
We are a Constituted Community Group providing emotional support and fostering meaningful connections among elderly people in North Manchester and Salford. Whether you’re seeking companionship, looking to expand your network, or just need a friendly ear, we’re here to help.
